Getting Started
Luminous Productions understands that real estate agents need quick turn around times in order to their customers property quickly. Once photos have been taken we return the edited photos to the agent within 24 hours. Before photos are taken, we ask that agent calls to schedule property shoots with our photographer. We will also need the following information:
- Address of the property
- Is the property vacant?
- When would you like to schedule photos (Note: When possible, we schedule shoots for late evening sun for best results. Also, gray skies typically lead to less vibrant images.)
- Access information for the property. Will you be meeting our photographer on location or scheduling access through another means?
- Does the property have animals?
- Are there particular features of the property that you would like our photographer to pay particular attention to capturing?
